If you place an online order and want to cancel for any reason, you can have a full credit OR there is a $25 restocking fee if you want to be refunded. This because we are charged this fee to refund.
We are a mirco buisness and apologize but we cannot absorb this cost if you change your mind.
Also, if placing an online order to be shipped, please allow approximately 10 business days, excluding holidays. Everything is made to order with great care by just 2 herbalists in small batches.
